Dr Virkar Mangesh an innovative brain with many facets of passion like Pathology, Sports, Face Reading, Psychology, Orator and Software. After stormy 1½ Years in his own pathology laboratory, he found himself caught in between patient’s delight and doctor’s delight. This state of affairs fueled him to change the orbit of private medical practice to the corporate world in March 2008, as a pathology manager in Mumbai. He devoted himself to grab feast of international audits and high-end quality practices. He was the youngest pathologist of India who spearheaded the College of American Pathologists International Audit in 2007. The immoral time at the personal front kept winning. Dr Mangesh kept fighting back to achieve success in diversity until he got an offer to work for a Stem Cell Bank. He worked as the Youngest Medical Director in Innovative Business of stem cell cord blood bank for 3 years. In three years, the Stem Cell Bank became one of the most accredited Organizations fetching 5 National & International Accreditations (NABL, CAP, ISO 9001 2008, AABB, cGMP etc.). He worked as Lab Director & General Manager for a multinational company in Chennai. He always believes that until the organization is ready for challenges, progress is not possible and each new product needs small but essential baby steps to make it a BRAND. He has worked as a CEO for Hardikar Hospital, in Pune. After working for 14 months, he decided to contribute as a Healthcare Consultant which should enable him to extend his experience to multiple hospitals.
